Busy, Busy
Life is busy and if you blink you'll miss it. I am on days these two weeks and it seems that time goes by so quickly i don't have time to think let alone post. I've done a good job staying on top of my training and being flexible enough that I can remain married throughout. More to come...

I hear ya man.... it gets pretty hard. I wonder if I decide to go for a full IM.. how in the world I'm gonna find time?!?! We'll see.

I became a dad eight weeks ago and am finding it hard to find time and energy to work and train for NYC, my 1st Olympic. After that I ramp up to get ready for Montauk, my first half. I've no idea how I'll cope!
